  • Small Parcel & Same-Day Orders: Orders submitted after 4:00 PM (local time) will commence processing on the subsequent business day (excluding holidays).
  • White Glove & LTL Freight Orders: Orders submitted after 5:00 PM (local time) will commence processing on the subsequent business day (excluding holidays).
  • Payment & Processing Delays: Processing may be delayed if your order cannot be processed due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information.
  • Back Orders: Items on back order may experience delays until the product becomes available.
  • Multiple Item Orders: Orders containing multiple items may be dispatched separately.

Small Parcel, Standard and Expedited Shipping
  • Standard Delivery: Ground Shipping (3-5 business days).
  • Expedited Delivery: 3-Day Select (2-3 business days).
  • Shipping Methods: Shipping is available for small to medium-sized store items. Larger or specialized items may require an alternative carrier.
  • Shipping Rates: Costs vary based on delivery location, package weight, size, and the total number of items in your order.
  • Order Tracking: Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Small Parcel shipments can be tracked using the provided link.
  • Carrier Selection: To enhance our delivery network, we may utilize different carriers for certain shipments.

Freight Delivery LTL (Large Items)
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within 7-12 business days.
  • Scheduling: The freight carrier will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a drop-off time.
  • Signature Requirement: A signature is required upon delivery.
  • Service Type: Curbside delivery at ground level (front door).
  • Assembly: Assembly services are not included.
  • Backorders: Backordered items may take up to 30 days to arrive.

Curacao White Glove In-Home Delivery (Local Residents)
  • In-Home Delivery: Furniture, Appliances & Large Items
  • Order Processing Cut-Off: New orders placed by 5:00 PM (local time) will commence processing the same day (excluding holidays).
  • Curacao Home Delivery: Delivered within 3-5 business days, based on customer-selected dates.
  • Delivery Scheduling: Curacao will contact you one day prior to confirm the drop-off time.
  • Delivery Confirmation: You will receive a 3-hour delivery window before arrival.
  • Assembly & Installation: Included for most items (restrictions may apply).
  • Delivery Area: Available for large parcel deliveries within 80 miles of any Curacao store.
  • Tracking: White Glove In-Home Delivery can be tracked here by entering your delivery invoice number on the day of delivery.
  • Out of Stock Products: These will be rescheduled to a future date.

Same Day Delivery Service
  • Availability: Same Day Delivery is available for select items and fulfilled by our trusted Same Day delivery partners.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders must be placed by 4:00 PM (local time) for Same Day Delivery. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the following day.
  • Delivery Notifications: Customers will receive real-time updates when the order is en route.
  • Signature Requirements: Some products may require a signature upon delivery. If applicable, this will be indicated in your text notification.
  • Delivery Location: Orders will be delivered to the doorstep or curb, depending on package size and weight. Drivers will not enter the home. Customers are responsible for bringing items inside.
  • Assembly & Installation: Not included.
