How do I get my voucher?

Once your friend completes their application, your voucher will automatically be available on your account. You can check the status of your referral and pick up your voucher in the Curacao Guest Lounge at any one of our 12 Locations. We will also mail the voucher to you within 30 days of being issued.

What if I can’t pick up my voucher?

If you cannot pick it up, we will mail the voucher out to you within 30 days of being issued.

What reward does my referral get? Do they also get a voucher?

No. Only existing customers that refer someone to Curacao Credit are eligible to receive a voucher. Referrals that apply receive a $50 discount on their first purchase once they are approved.

How does my referral get their discount?

Once your referral completes their application and is approved, they can claim their discount at any one of our 12 Locations. To claim their discount, all they need to do is mention they were referred to apply for credit when checking out. They can also provide your phone number, account number or referral code to obtain their discount.

Will my voucher expire?

Yes. Vouchers expire 30 days from the day it was issued.

Can I use more than one voucher on the same purchase?

No. Only one voucher can be used at a time. You can find more rules and restrictions in the disclaimer found on your voucher.

Can I use my voucher’s remaining balance on another purchase?

No. Vouchers can only be used once and do not retain any remaining value after using.

What if I lose or never received my voucher?

If your voucher is not expired or has not been redeemed yet, a Curacao Guest Lounge associate can reprint your voucher for you upon request.

What if two people referred the same person?

Only one person can receive credit for a referral. The referral code that was inputted in the application when it was first submitted will be eligible for the voucher.

I am spending more to grow my voucher. How do I find out my voucher’s new value?

Your new value is applied at the time of purchase. You can find the new value of your voucher in the chart above.

*The Referral Gift Voucher program rewards account holders who refer new applicants to Curacao by issuing Gift Vouchers (GC) for customers to redeem in store. TYPE “R” – GC is issued to existing customers if referral is listed on new application. GC is redeemable as down payment on a new purchase on credit account. This is the standard program in place since 2010. Standard program Gift Vouchers are all issued at the flat value of $25, requiring only a brand new application with the full info required to process (approved or not). Incomplete applications that remain un-scored (status “blank” also called Quick applications) do not qualify and do not generate a Gift Voucher. Flat value of $25 can change when redeemed according to minimum purchase, as follow: $25 with no minimum purchase required. $50 if redemption invoice subtotal is between $200 and $399.99 $100 if redemption invoice subtotal is $400 or higher Qualifications To receive a Referral Gift Voucher (existing credit customer) All existing Curacao credit customers in good standing (less than 60 days past due) referring a new applicant qualify for the Gift Voucher program. Curacao Associates and their families do not qualify for the Gift Voucher program. Inactive Customers (Status “P”,”C”,”F”,”L”, “T”, “F”, ”D”or ”H”), and Employees (“E”), did not qualify for this program. Gift Vouchers have no cash value and can only be used once. Gift Vouchers can only be used by account holder (are non-transferable). Gift Vouchers cannot be used on cash invoices. Gift Voucher unused amount gets voided and does not retain a partial value. Gift Vouchers will not be reissued on returned merchandise. Gift Vouchers once redeemed cannot retrieve the value in the case of void transaction. Gift Vouchers that are lost and not expired can be reprinted by Guest Lounge at any store or re-issued by NEW ACCOUNTS department. Void Certificates can be re-issued at the discretion of New Accounts Department.
