Curacao “Signed Perfume by Angelica Vale” Giveaway – Official Rules

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The Curacao “Signed Perfume by Angelica Vale” Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on or about August 8, 2025, at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on September 8, 2025, at 12:00:01 a.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”). Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest, or sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Adir International, LLC dba Curacao, 1605 W. Olympic Blvd., Suite 600, Los Angeles, CA 90015 (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor, and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of residence), and those living in the same household as such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes by applying for a new Curacao credit account in-store only between August 5, 2025 and September 5, 2025. To qualify for entry, individuals must specifically mention the “Signed Perfume by Angelica Vale Giveaway” at the time of the in-store credit application. Only in-store applications will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. Applications submitted online, by phone, or through any other method will not be automatically entered but may still participate by using the Alternate Method of Entry described below. Limit one (1) entry per person. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who submits multiple entries or tampers with the entry process. Incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable entries will be void. All entries must be received by 12:00:01 a.m. PT on September 5, 2025.

Alternate Method of Entry: To enter without opening a Curacao credit account, eligible individuals may handwrite their full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a plain 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Curacao Sweepstakes – Angelica Vale Perfume Giveaway Entry, Attn: Marketing Dept., 1605 W. Olympic Blvd., Suite 600, Los Angeles, CA 90015. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 5, 2025 and received by September 10, 2025 to be eligible. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. Mail-in entries must be original and handwritten; no photocopies or mechanical reproductions will be accepted.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or its designated representatives on or about September 15, 2025, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The potential winner will be notified via the contact information provided during the credit application process. If a potential winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the initial contact attempt, is found to be ineligible, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful attempts to notify a winner.

PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One (1) winner will receive one (1) signed perfume by Angelica Vale. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of prize: $179.78. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize. Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning the prize. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

PUBLICITY RELEASE: Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor and its agents to use winner’s name, likeness, voice, statements, photograph, and other identifying information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes worldwide, in perpetuity, and in all forms of media now known or later developed, without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete entries, or for technical failures of any kind that may limit the ability to participate. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize from among the eligible entries received prior to cancellation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

DISPUTES/GOVERNING LAW: This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without reference to conflict of law principles. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
