Curacao Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

INTRODUCTION

The Curacao Affiliate Program (“Program”) allows eligible customers (“Referrers” or “Advocates”) on a completely voluntary basis to earn cash rewards by sharing their unique Curacao referral link with friends, family, and members of their community (“Referred Customers”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Program. By participating, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Curacao Invite & Earn Program is a fully voluntary, customer-initiated rewards program that allows participants to earn cash by sharing a unique invite link. When someone independently chooses to shop on icuracao.com through that link, they receive 10% off, and after the return window, the participant earns 10% of the purchase total.

Curacao may update, modify, or terminate the Program at any time, in its sole discretion.

1. DEFINITIONS

“Referrer” / “Advocate” An individual who is eligible for the Program and obtains access to a unique referral link by signing into their icuracao.com account or by providing an email address to receive a share link. Use or distribution of the share link constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Advocates do not “register” for the Program separately; the ability to participate is enabled through their account credentials or submitted email.

“Referred Customer” A new or existing customer who uses a Referrer’s unique link to complete a Qualified Purchase at icuracao.com.

“Referral Link” The custom URL generated through Impact for the Referrer to share.

“Qualified Purchase” A purchase made by a Referred Customer through icuracao.com using the Referrer’s link, that is not returned, canceled, refunded, or otherwise invalidated within the 15-day pending period.

“Reward” The cash payment equal to 10% of the total purchase amount of a Qualified Purchase, paid to the Referrer.

“Vendor Platform” The platform provided by Impact.com, which manages tracking, link generation, reward calculation, and payout processing.

2. NO SPAM POLICY

Referrers may not engage in:

• Unsolicited mass emails (“spam”)
• Automated messages or posts
• Paid advertising using Curacao trademarks
• Misleading claims about Curacao, its products, financing, or the Program

Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of any pending rewards.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Reside in the United States
• Have a valid bank account capable of receiving ACH deposits, or an active paypal account.
• Submit required tax information (W-9) if cumulative rewards exceed $599
• Maintain an active Curacao account

4. REWARD AMOUNT

For every Qualified Purchase, the Referrer earns 10% of the purchase total as a cash Reward.

• Rewards are calculated on the subtotal before tax and shipping.
• Curacao may offer promotional multipliers at its discretion (e.g., seasonal bonuses).

5. QUALIFIED PURCHASE

A purchase becomes a Qualified Purchase only when all of the following occur:

• The Referred Customer completes an online purchase through icuracao.com using the Referrer’s unique link and code.
• The purchase is successfully tracked by Impact.com.
• The purchases are not returned or canceled within 15 days of the transaction.
• Curacao sends a confirmation event to Impact.com validating the purchase.

If a product is returned, refunded, canceled, or exchanged during the 15-day period, Curacao will send a $0 conversion event to Impact.com, and no Reward will be paid.

6. PAYMENT OF REWARD

• Rewards are paid through Impact.com’s cash payout system.
• To receive payment, Referrers must enter valid banking and tax information, regardless of the Reward amount earned.
• Payments are only issued after the 15-day pending period is complete.
• Referrers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their payout details.
• Curacao is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect banking information or platform processing times.

7. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

By participating, you represent and warrant that:

• You will share your referral link only with people you know or within your personal community.
• You will not impersonate Curacao or misrepresent Program benefits.
• You will comply with all Curacao policies and these Terms.
• You will not engage in fraudulent activity, self-referrals, or attempts to manipulate tracking.

8. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

Referrers must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to:

• FTC Endorsement Guidelines
• CAN-SPAM regulations
• Data privacy and consumer protection laws

Disclosures such as “I may earn a commission” may be required when sharing your link publicly.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Curacao, its affiliates, and its vendor partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Program
• Your violation of laws or regulations
• Misrepresentation or fraudulent referrals

10. RIGHT TO CLOSE ACCOUNTS

Curacao may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time for:

• Fraud or suspected fraud
• Violation of these Terms
• Abuse of promotional programs
• Creating multiple accounts
• Failure to provide accurate tax or banking information

Any pending Rewards may be forfeited upon account closure.

11. RIGHT TO CANCEL PROGRAM OR CHANGE TERMS

Curacao reserves the right to:

• Modify the Reward amount
• Add or remove eligibility criteria
• Pause or discontinue the Program
• Update these Terms at any time

Any changes to the Program or these Terms will be communicated through the referral program widgets or other Curacao-owned digital channels where the Program is presented.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Curacao regarding participation in the Program and supersede any prior communication or understanding. Participation in the Program signifies acceptance of all terms stated herein.
