  1. 1. Getting Started

    1. 1.1. What is the Curacao Invite & Earn Program?

      The Curacao Invite & Earn Program lets you earn cash by sharing your unique Curacao invite link with friends, family, or your community. When someone uses your link to shop on icuracao.com, they get 10% off, and once their purchase is complete and past the return window, you earn 10% cash based on their order total.

    2. 1.2. How do I access my invite link?

      You can access your invite link simply by logging into your icuracao.com account or by providing your email to receive the link. There’s no separate registration. Your share link is automatically generated for you through our referral platform once initiated.

    3. 1.3. Do I need to create a separate account to participate?

      No. There is no separate account or sign-up required. Your existing icuracao.com account (or the email you provide when requesting your link, which must match the email you use to set up your icuracao.com account) enables participation. Once you share or use your link, you agree to the Program Terms.

      If you earn rewards, you’ll be prompted to enter your banking and tax information to receive payouts.

  2. 2. Sharing Your Link

    1. 2.1. Who can I share my link with?

      You can share your invite link with friends, family, coworkers, neighbors, or any personal community you’re part of. You’re welcome to share it through text, email, direct messages, or your social media accounts as long as the sharing is genuine and not spammy.

    2. 2.2. Are there rules for sharing?

      Yes. To keep the program fair and compliant, here’s what you cannot do:

      • No spam or mass unsolicited messages
      • No misleading claims (financial promises, “free money,” etc.)
      • No impersonating Curacao
      • No paid ads using Curacao trademarks
      • No creating fake accounts or self-referrals

      Sharing should feel natural, like you’re passing along a good deal to someone you know.

    3. 2.3. My friend used my link, but I don’t see the reward. What now?

      It’s normal for rewards to take a little time to appear. Here are the most common reasons you may not see it yet:

      • The purchase is still processing
      • The order is within the 15-day return window
      • The friend didn’t complete checkout using your link
      • The tracking window hasn’t updated yet
      • You used a different email to generate a link than the email connected to your icuracao.com account.

      If the purchase doesn’t appear after 48–72 hours, you can contact support for help.

  3. 3. Rewards & Earnings

    1. 3.1. How much do I earn?

      You earn 10% cash based on the total purchase amount of every order placed through your invite link. Your friends get 10% off, and you get 10% cash. It’s that simple. Rewards are calculated on the subtotal before tax and shipping.

    2. 3.2. When do I receive my cash?

      Your earnings become available after the 15-day return period for each order has passed and the purchase is validated. Once approved, your cash will be paid directly to your bank account, or pay pal account (whichever you have selected) through our secure vendor platform as long as you’ve completed your banking and tax information (W-9 if you earn $599+ in a calendar year).

    3. 3.3. Is there a limit to how much I can earn?

      No. There is no cap on how much you can earn through the Invite & Earn Program. Every time someone shops using your link, you earn 10% cash and you can invite as many people as you’d like.

  4. 4. Qualified Purchases

    1. 4.1. What counts as a Qualified Purchase?

      A Qualified Purchase is any order placed on icuracao.com using your invite link that:

      • Is successfully tracked by our referral platform
      • Is completed online using your link
      • Is not returned, canceled, or refunded
      • Passes the 15-day return window

      Once all of that is confirmed, the purchase becomes “Qualified,” and you earn 10% cash.

    2. 4.2. What happens if someone returns their purchase?

      If a friend returns or cancels their order within 15 days, the purchase is no longer eligible, and no reward is paid.

      Our system will automatically update the purchase value to $0 so you are not paid for returned items. If part of an order is returned, the reward may be adjusted based on the remaining, non-returned items.

    3. 4.3. Do in-store purchases count?

      At this time, only online purchases made at icuracao.com using your invite link are eligible for rewards. In-store purchases do not qualify.

  5. 5. Payout Information

    1. 5.1. Why do I have to enter my banking details?

      We deposit your cash rewards directly into your bank account or paypal through our secure partner platform. To do that, we need your:

      • Bank account information (for ACH deposits)
      • Tax information (W-9 if you earn $599+ in a calendar year)

      This verification step helps protect your account and ensures you receive your earnings safely.

    2. 5.2. How do payouts work?

      Once a purchase becomes a Qualified Purchase (after the 15-day return window), your reward becomes available for payout. After you’ve completed your banking and tax setup, payments are sent directly to your bank account or pay pal depending upon what you have selected.

    3. 5.3. Is my payment information secure?

      Yes. All banking and tax information is collected and stored by our trusted referral platform partner, using industry-standard encryption and security practices. Curacao does not store your bank account or tax information.

  6. 6. Taxes & W-9 Requirements

    1. 6.1. Why do I need to submit a W-9?

      The IRS requires anyone who earns $600 or more in a calendar year from programs like Invite & Earn to submit a W-9 form. This allows Curacao’s payout partner to issue a 1099 tax form if needed. Even if you earn less than $600, the platform may ask you to enter your tax information during account setup so everything is ready if you reach the threshold later.

    2. 6.2. Will Curacao send me a 1099?

      if your total earnings from the Invite & Earn Program reach $600 or more in a calendar year, you’ll receive a 1099 from our payout partner for tax purposes. If you elected to be paid via a pay pal account, pay pall will issue the 1099. If you earn less than $600, you typically won’t receive a 1099.

    3. 6.3. What if I don’t complete the W-9?

      If you’re required to submit a W-9 and choose not to, your payouts may be delayed or withheld. You will not lose your earned rewards, but we cannot release the cash to your bank account until your tax information is completed.

  7. 7. Program Rules & Restrictions

    1. 7.1. Can I post my link publicly?

      Yes, you can share your link publicly on your social media, website, or community groups as long as: Your sharing is genuine and not spam, You clearly disclose that you may earn a reward (FTC requirement), You do not use paid ads that feature Curacao’s name, brand, or trademarks, You do not mislead people about the offer.

      A simple disclosure works:

      “I may earn a commission if you shop with my link.”

    2. 7.2. What behavior can get my account removed?

      Your account may be paused or removed if you:

      • Share your link in spammy, abusive, or deceptive ways
      • Create fake accounts or refer yourself
      • Use bots, automation, or fraudulent methods
      • Misrepresent Curacao, its products, or the promotion
      • Post or promote your link in ways that violate laws or platform policies
      • Refuse to provide required banking or tax information

      If removed for misuse, pending rewards may be forfeited.

    3. 7.3. Can I refer myself?

      No. Self-referrals are not allowed.

      A Qualified Purchase must be made by a different customer using your link. Attempts to refer yourself, create multiple accounts, or manipulate the system will result in removal from the Program.

    4. 7.4. Can Curacao change the program?

      Yes. Curacao may modify or discontinue the Program at any time, including:

      • Changing the reward amount
      • Updating eligibility rules
      • Adjusting the return window
      • Pausing or ending the Program entirely

      Any updates will be shared through the referral program widgets or other Curacao-owned digital channels where the Program appears. Continued participation means you accept the updated Terms.
