Can I retrieve my User ID?

If you have misplaced your User ID, please select the "Forgot your User ID?" link from the ADIR Financial Services Sign-In page. You will then be prompted to enter your account number, email address, 5-digit zip code and date of birth for verification purposes. After entering the information correctly, your User ID will be populated for you. You are required to enter your password to log in.

Can I retrieve my Password?

If you have misplaced your Password, please select the "Forgot your Password?" link from the ADIR Financial Services Sign-In page. You will then be prompted to enter your User ID and answer your account verification questions. After answering the questions correctly, you will be e-mailed a temporary account password.

Please be advised that if your e-mail account utilizes a bulk mail folder or a spam blocker service, your ADIR Financial Services password may have been mistaken for spam. Please make sure you are allowing e-mail from [email protected]

When you access your account online, you are able to do the following:

What do I do if my card has been lost or stolen?

How can I change my settings to receive electronic versus paper statements?

By opting to receive paper statements, you will receive both paper and e-mail statements. You may view or modify this setting by logging in to your Curacao account.

Why should I choose to opt out of receiving paper statements?

Opting out of receiving paper statements is free, easy and secure. Choosing to receive electronic statements means you will no longer receive a paper statement each month. Instead, an electronic statement summary is e-mailed to you, thus reducing the risk of identity theft.

This statement summary includes an overview of your full statement and highlights items such as New Balance, Minimum Due and Due Date. Should you want to print this statement, you may do so after logging in to your account.

What is the cutoff time for submitting an online payment at ADIR Financial Services?

The cutoff time for payments submitted at ADIR Financial Services is 5pm PST. Any payment made after 5pm PST may not be processed until the following business day.

I submitted my payment through an alternate bill payment service. How long will it take for my payment to post to my account?

At this time, only online payments submitted by 5pm PST through the ADIR Financial Services link are posted on the same business day. When you make an online payment using an alternate bill payment service, the payment may take longer to post. As a general rule please send this type of payment at least five business days before your due date in order to ensure that your payment is posted by the due date.

I submitted a payment at ADIR Financial Services. How can I verify that it was received?

This information can be viewed in the account snapshot at ADIR Financial Services 24 hours after your payment has been posted to your account. If your payment was made after 5pm PST, it may take up to 48 hours depending on the time of day it was submitted, before it becomes visible.

You may view your pending payments at any time by selecting Payment Options followed by View Pending Payments.

Why should I register my account online?

Registering your account enables you to access Curacao account online. You will be able to pay your bill online, check your balance, see recent transactions and update your contact information.

Why do I need to enter my personal information?

For your protection, we need to verify the information entered against the information on your account. This will ensure you are the only person viewing your account information. Never share your User ID or password.

I have a credit balance on my account, how can I get reimbursed?

We will reimburse any credit balance within 7 business days from receipt of your written request. If you do not request a refund, we will automatically refund any credit balance in excess of $1.00 after 90 days if your account is inactive.

How is interest calculated?

Periodic interest on your account is figured by multiplying the average daily balance during the billing period by the monthly periodic rate set forth in your monthly periodic statement. The corresponding annual percentage rate (“APR”) is also set forth in your monthly periodic statement, and the monthly periodic rate is equal to the corresponding APR divided by 12. We begin to impose interest charges from the date that a transaction is added to your daily balance. Transactions include purchases, interest charges and fees. We continue to impose interest charges until we credit your account with full payment of the total amount you owe us.

How much will my minimum payment be?

The minimum payment for each billing period will equal (1) the applicable percentage of the New Balance set forth in the following table plus (2) any past due amounts appearing on your statement plus (3) any late payment fees and any returned payment fees appearing on your statement. You can always pay more than the required minimum payment.
