Backorders may be delayed up to 5 business days.
Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately.

Standard Delivery: UPS Ground Shipping, 3 – 5 Business Days
Expedited Delivery: UPS 3-Day Select, 1 – 3 Business Days
UPS shipping is available for small to medium store items (large parcel items will be delivered by Curacao In-Home Delivery or standard Freight Delivery)
Shipping rates vary depending on your location and the number of items shipped
Tracking information will be emailed to customer — deliveries utilizing UPS shipping can be tracked here

Delivery Times: LTL Freight 7-12 Business Days
The freight company handling the shipment will contact the customer prior to delivery to set up drop off time
Signature required upon delivery

Type of service: Curbside delivery (Ground level)
Handling time: 2-3 business days.

Curacao Home Delivery: 3 – 5 Business Days
Handling time: 2 – 3 Business Days
Curacao will contact the customer one day prior to delivery to schedule the drop-off time
Estimated time confirmation prior to delivery (4-hour window)
Assembly and installation not included
Eligible for large parcel deliveries within 80 miles of any Curacao store
White Glove In-Home Delivery can be tracked here by entering your delivery invoice number
Long Distance Freight Delivery – Freight orders outside of 80 miles of any Curacao store are curbside delivery and may require additional delivery time and shipping charges. The freight company handling the shipment will contact the customer to arrange your curbside delivery.

Same Day Delivery is available for select items, and will be delivered by Roadie.
Orders must be purchased by 4:00 p.m. for Same Day Delivery. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. will be delivered the following day.
If orders are placed by 1:00pm pacific standard time, same day orders will be delivered by 10:00 p.m.
Customer will receive a notification from Roadie when the order is its way for delivery.
Signature may be required for some products.
Order will be delivered to the doorstep or the curb depending on the box size and weight. The driver will not enter the home. The customer is responsible for moving the delivered items into the home.
