Is my immigration status relevant in order to receive the help?
How do I prove I was affected by COVID-19?

You can submit a doctor’s note, an official test result or any other official document that shows your name and that you have a confirmed case of COVID-19.

Can I apply for multiple members of my family?
Can I apply on behalf of somebody else, or my child?

Yes, as long as you can demonstrate that you live in the same household. If you're applying for a minor, you need to be the legal guardian and demonstrate they live in the same household.

My child has a different last name, how do I prove they live with me?
When can I expect the first check?

After you get approved, you'll receive an email from Curacao confirming your eligibility and will get a check to the address provided within 5 business days and for up to 4 weeks.

Do I have to go to the store to collect the check?
Do I have to use the money at Curacao?

No, the money is to help you with any essentials and once you cash it, you can use it for what you and your family need most.

I don't have a Curacao account, can I still apply?
How do I know if I qualify to get the help?

Once we receive your information, if you qualify, you will receive an email notification confirming you have been selected to receive this help, together with timing on your check delivery.

How do you select who gets the money?

The money will be distributed to the first 250 persons that after apply qualify for it. To qualify you need to live within a 3 miles radius of one of our stores and submit the proper documentation.
