Return Policies

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you with an exchange, return or repair. Here’s what you need to do:

  • Returns will be accepted for merchandise with the time period stated
  • Items must be in new, un-used condition, in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals and/or jewelry certificates
  • Simply return to your nearest Curacao store with the item(s) you wish to return within the appropriate return period and we will take care of the rest (For online orders, please review the following steps).

For iCuracao.com orders, please follow these 5 simple steps to return an item:

  1. Contact Curacao Customer Service Team at 866-410-1611 for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) or  log into your account /my returns to initiate a return request.
  2. Print Shipping / Return Authorization Label
  3. If item was open, but not used, repack the box (with all original packaging, accessories and manuals)
  4. Attach Shipping / Return Authorization label to package
  5. Ship package

Reimbursment

Refunds will be processed in the same form as original payment. Purchases made by check can only be refunded after 7 days from original purchase date.

Personal Data / Privacy Protection

Please remove any personal data or any information from the item(s) being returned. We are not responsible for any loss of data or personal information.

Bundles & Promotions

Item(s) returned that were purchased as part of a bundle or with a promotional discount will be refunded minus any discounts given.
